Description
The Digital Advertising Manager will develop and execute paid search advertising strategies for clients across multiple retailers, focusing on sponsored product campaigns. The role involves planning, optimizing, and reporting while collaborating with internal teams and external client stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Execute and optimize paid search campaigns across retail media platforms (Walmart, Sam’s Club, Amazon, Target, Kroger, etc.).
Manage campaign builds, budgets, and performance reporting to align with client goals.
Analyze results and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and drive sales impact.
Deliver weekly reporting with performance insights and strategic next steps.
Partner with account teams, external clients, and retail media stakeholders to maximize campaign success.
Stay current on retail media best practices and platform updates.
Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to guide strategy and execution.
Requirements
3+ years of experience managing retail media campaigns on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart Connect, Criteo, Instacart, or similar.
Strong analytical skills to translate campaign data into actionable insights.
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
Self‑starter with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently while collaborating cross‑functionally.
Strong attention to detail and ability to connect small changes to big results.
Willingness to travel.
Preferred
Experience building and managing advertising strategies across multiple retailers.
Agency or multi‑client environment experience.
What We Offer
