About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Web Developer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for recent graduates, coding bootcamp graduates, and aspiring developers looking to build a career in web development.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and maintenance of websites and web applications.

Build responsive and user-friendly web pages using modern development technologies.

Collaborate with designers to convert visual designs into functional web interfaces.

Support front-end and back-end development activities as required.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website and application issues.

Assist with API integrations and database connectivity.

Perform testing and quality assurance activities to ensure application performance.

Maintain technical documentation and development records.

Participate in code reviews and development team meetings.

Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development fundamentals.

Understanding of responsive design principles.

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Knowledge of databases and SQL fundamentals.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Passion for technology and continuous learning.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar JavaScript frameworks.

Basic knowledge of Node.js, PHP, Python, or other server-side technologies.

Experience with personal projects, internships, or freelance development work.

Understanding of REST APIs and web services.

Exposure to cloud hosting platforms and deployment processes.

Portfolio or GitHub repository showcasing development projects.
