We’re looking for a talented, enthusiastic video editor based in the Philippines who thrives in a high-energy, creative environment. Your mission is to rapidly produce engaging long-form videos (YouTube, webinars, podcasts) and captivating short-form content (TikTok, IG Reels, Shorts). We love the dynamic and visually exciting style of creators like Alex Hormozi and Dan Martell—fast-paced, engaging storytelling, enhanced by AI-driven workflows and smart automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit engaging, high-quality long-form videos quickly.

Repurpose content swiftly into dynamic, short-form clips optimized for social media.

Use subtitles, animations, dynamic zooms, sound effects, and compelling graphics to enhance viewer retention.

Maximize productivity using AI tools (Descript, CapCut, Opus Clip, Adobe AI).

Skills & Requirements:

Proven video editing experience (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

Proficiency with AI and automation tools to optimize workflow.

Familiarity with Alex Hormozi/Dan Martell editing style.

Experience with Google Veo 3, ElevenLabs.

Ability to produce high-quality edits rapidly under tight deadlines.

Strong communication, organizational skills, and proactive mindset.
