Position Overview

HR MGMT 10, LLC is seeking a Paid Ads Specialist to support the execution of content and paid media across multiple fast-growing wellness and lifestyle brands.

While strategy is set by senior leadership and the ad manager, this role ensures ideas turn into assets, assets turn into campaigns, and campaigns are properly launched, distributed, and reused across channels.

This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role ideal for a highly organized marketer who understands how content converts in organic and paid social—coordinating content flow, overseeing creative execution, and supporting campaign launches without owning overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media & Creative Operations

Assist with ad campaign setup and uploads across Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

Support creative ideations, iterations, variations, and asset QA within platforms

Ensure ads are built correctly, approved on time, and aligned with provided strategy

Help maintain organization within ad accounts, including naming conventions and creative tracking

Coordinate with design, video, and content teams to manage creative production timelines

Oversee creative execution to ensure assets meet brand standards, platform specs, and campaign goals

Track creatives and final exports across campaigns and brands

Ensure high‑performing content is repurposed and redistributed across paid, social, email, influencer, and web channels

Distribute final creative assets to internal teams including:

  • Paid advertising

  • Organic social

  • Email & SMS

  • Influencer programs

  • Website / e-commerce

Ensure teams receive the correct file formats, sizes, and versions for each channel

Maintain visibility into what content is available, live, in production, or needed

Workflow & Process

Help maintain SOPs for creative workflows, naming conventions, and folder structures

Act as a point of coordination between marketing, creative, and paid media teams

Flag missing assets, delays, or workflow issues and elevate when needed

Support smooth handoffs throughout the content lifecycle

Performance Analysis

Monitor basic creative performance insights shared by the ad manager or marketing team

Help identify which creative formats, hooks, or assets are being reused most frequently

Support creative iteration discussions based on performance trends

Qualifications

Required

2–4+ years of experience in paid media, creative operations, marketing operations, or performance marketing

Hands‑on familiarity with Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, creative uploads, asset swaps)

Strong understanding of digital creative formats across paid social, organic social, and email/SMS

Excellent organizational skills and comfort managing multiple campaigns and timelines

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally

High attention to detail and ability to execute quickly without losing accuracy

Experience in e‑commerce

Preferred

Experience in health and wellness, lifestyle, or CPG brands

Familiarity with tools such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Airtable, Notion, Monday.com, or similar systems

Exposure to TikTok Ads (huge plus), Google Ads, or UGC workflows

Experience coordinating with designers, editors, influencers, or content creators

What Success Looks Like in This Role

Creative moves smoothly from concept to execution without bottlenecks

Paid campaigns launch accurately and on schedule

Assets are organized, accessible, and reused across channels

Creative teams receive clear briefs and feedback

Marketing execution feels coordinated, not chaotic

Base Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 annually Placement within the range is based on experience with creative coordination, paid media execution, and ability to manage high‑volume workflows.
