Overview

For our client, we are seeking a Creative Tech Researcher 5 to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a healthcare environment.
Location

Location: Los Angeles, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation

Compensation: $300,000 – $537,000 annually
Responsibilities

Develop and optimize model architectures for image and video generation
Prepare and organize data for training large-scale models
Implement efficient distributed training infrastructure for large clusters
Conduct evaluations to gather feedback and create benchmarks for model quality
Qualifications

Deep understanding of deep learning fundamentals (Transformers, Diffusion, etc.)
Skilled in data preparation and curation
Proven experience with distributed systems for large-scale model training
Ability to tackle high-visibility problems in a fast-paced environment
Experience with impactful products or open-source contributions (bonus)
