Be the engine behind a high-performing sales team.
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by supporting others? Do you enjoy working with customers while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes?
We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to be a key partner to our outside B2B sales team, owning critical administrative and coordination tasks so our sales reps can focus on what they do best: building relationships and closing business.
This is a dynamic, customer-connected role with real impact across sales, operations, and customer experience.
What You’ll Do

Act as a right-hand partner to outside sales reps, taking on non-selling tasks to maximize their productivity
Prepare, verify, and process quotes, proposals, and orders with a high level of accuracy
Coordinate closely with sales reps, builders, contractors, and internal teams
Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and aligned with customer expectations
Customer-Facing & Relationship Support

Serve as a key point of contact for builders, contractors, and professional remodelers
Assist with customer inquiries, follow-ups, and post-sale support
Build trust by delivering responsive, detail-driven service
Handle service requests, change orders, and issue resolution with professionalism
Help create a seamless, positive customer experience from start to finish
Interpret blueprints and perform basic take-offs to support accurate proposals
Manage lead follow-up activities and maintain detailed documentation in CRM systems
Enter and manage orders using quoting and CRM tools (PQM, Salesforce, etc.)
Generate reports and track key activities for leadership visibility
Coordinate sample deliveries, service scheduling, and internal requests
Support continuous improvement efforts and workflow optimization
What You Bring

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
A proactive, self-motivated approach, you take ownership and follow through
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confidence interacting with customers and building relationships
A team-first mindset, you enjoy supporting others and driving results together
Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
Comfort learning systems and technology
Preferred

0–2 years of experience in administrative support, sales support, or customer service
Exposure to construction, building materials, or home improvement industry
Experience supporting a field/outside sales team
Why This Role Stands Out

Direct impact on revenue by enabling sales reps to stay focused on selling
Blend of admin + customer interaction, not just a desk job
Exposure to B2B sales, construction industry, and project coordination
Opportunity to build valuable skills in CRM systems, quoting, and operations
A collaborative, team-driven environment where your work truly matters
Competitive hourly rate
Full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and more
Paid time off and holidays
Opportunities for growth and development
Full-time onsite role in Austin, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Mix of office, showroom, and occasional field/site visits
Local travel to job sites, customers, or events as needed
Ability to lift materials/samples and remain active throughout the day
Ready to grow your career while making an impact every day?
If you thrive on organization, enjoy supporting a team, and love delivering great customer experiences, we want to hear from you.
