Hotel Sales Manager - Los Angeles, USA

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy at our hotel. You will also manage a team of sales representatives and ensure they meet their targets.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and maintain existing relationships.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and create targeted marketing campaigns.
Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners and other potential customers.
Collaborate with the revenue management team to set competitive room rates based on market demand.
Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions about pricing, promotions and inventory management.
Manage a team of sales representatives providing training and coaching as needed.
Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide regular feedback on areas for improvement.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a management role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data to inform business decisions.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $1,300 per month.

Full-time position based in Los Angeles.
