Responsibilities

Lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that elevate the Johnny Morris Conservation Foundation's brand while furthering its mission.

Oversee advertising, promotions, and integrated marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with business goals and brand standards and to advance conservation efforts.

Manage and optimize marketing reporting and communications, including preparing materials such as PowerPoints and organizing project management systems.

Lead the marketing team, delegate tasks, manage workflows, and prioritize projects to drive team success.

Maintain a strong focus on detail and ownership of projects from start to finish; leverage tools like ClickUp where applicable.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading a marketing team, with ability to delegate tasks, manage workflows, and prioritize initiatives.

Strong EQ with the ability to lead, communicate clearly, and drive results; detail-oriented and organized.

Comfort with creating reports, PowerPoints, and organizing project management software.

Bonus: expertise in ClickUp or willingness to become proficient, as this role involves significant use of the software.
