Account Executive (Entry-Level)

Job Description
Location: Hybrid role based near St. Louis, MO. Gain hands‑on experience through regular customer visits across the local area 2–3 times per week while enjoying a mix of remote and field‑based work.

Key Responsibilities

Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities

Connect with customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and in‑person meetings

Understand customer needs and recommend solutions

Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle

Collaborate with teammates to deliver a great customer experience

Build relationships and a sales pipeline that drive results and earnings

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A motivated, coachable, and growth‑oriented mindset

Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively

Comfortable learning new technologies and tools

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally 2–3 days per week

Compensation & Benefits
Year 1 On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $50,000.00 – $100,000.00

Base Salary: $50,000.00

Target Commission: $50,000.00

Uncapped commission potential
