Overview
Hibu is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to sell digital marketing solutions across a range of services including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO. The role offers unlimited earning potential with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
Compensation & Benefits
Year 1 total on‑target earnings: $100,000‑$120,000, with the ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
Year 2 total on‑target earnings: $132,000‑$152,000, with the ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
Base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped earnings through commission and bonuses

Responsibilities
Sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
Present websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO to prospects
Cold‑call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining clients through strong account management
Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects
Build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries, ensuring diverse daily experiences
