Overview
Are you a commercially minded data leader with a passion for pricing strategy? We’re looking for a Pricing Manager to lead the development of advanced, data-driven pricing capabilities in a fast-paced, global environment. This is a high-impact leadership role, combining people management with hands-on analytical and strategic work.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of pricing analysts, fostering a high-performance culture
Design and implement data-driven pricing strategies aligned to revenue and margin goals
Build and evolve pricing optimization models and tools, including ML-driven approaches
Analyze complex datasets (sales, customer, market) to uncover actionable insights
Model price elasticity, demand forecasting, and margin improvement opportunities
Oversee competitive pricing analysis and market benchmarking
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Marketing teams
Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders
Drive continuous improvement in pricing methodologies and performance
What We’re Looking For
5+ years’ experience in pricing, analytics, or revenue management
Proven track record in pricing optimization and model development
Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives
Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, R, or similar tools
Machine learning experience applied to commercial problems
Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders
Education
Degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related
