Reliability Technician - Actively interviewing - Contract Opportunity

This is a hands‑on, onsite position located in Indiana supporting a manufacturing operation. The team is looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, and helping keep critical plant machinery operating efficiently.

Key areas of interest

Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical equipment issues

Performing preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment

Identifying root causes of equipment failures and helping implement corrective actions

Working directly with plant operations and maintenance teams to reduce downtime

Maintaining and repairing industrial machinery and production equipment

Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, pumps, rotating equipment, or similar industrial systems is highly valued

CMMS experience is a plus

This is not an engineering‑focused position. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being on the plant floor, working directly with equipment, solving problems, and helping improve overall equipment reliability and uptime.

The position is fully onsite in Indiana (will consider out of state candidates) and is actively interviewing and hiring. Compensation is targeted at approximately $75‑$80/hour, with flexibility depending on experience.
