Here's The Role
Join our Line Operations group as an Equipment Operator! Based out of Marble Falls, you will operate essential heavy equipment for building, maintaining, and managing right‑of‑way projects for transmission systems. Your equipment will be tractors, shredders, bulldozers, excavators, skid steers, tractor‑trailers, and fecon mulchers. You will be trusted to safely move, operate, maintain, and inspect all equipment, while supporting construction activities aligned with LCRA and DOT safety regulations. How You’ll Contribute

Operate and transport heavy equipment, using Class A CDL vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and authorized load specifications.

Load, haul, unload, and position equipment and materials safely and efficiently.

Maintain compliance with company safety policies, PPE requirements, environmental standards, and operating procedures while conducting work adjacent to energized high‑voltage facilities.

Perform daily inspections, preventive maintenance, lubrication, adjustments, and minor equipment repairs.

Read and interpret construction drawings, load charts, and project specifications to safely complete assigned work.

Work collaboratively with supervisors, line crews, contractors, and other departments to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

How You’re Qualified

One or more years of experience in operating large equipment, such as bulldozers, backhoes, excavators, cranes, tractor trailers, farm equipment or other machinery.

Class A Texas commercial driver's license
