At The Catalyst Corporation, we specialize in face-to-face marketing, customer engagement, and brand development for nationally recognized clients. As we continue expanding, we’re looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Brand Representative to join our growing team.
This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in branding, retail marketing, customer engagement, and sales strategy within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do Execute in-person marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to increase brand visibility and customer engagement
Represent client brands professionally in retail and event-based environments
Support the development and rollout of local marketing and promotional strategies
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to improve outreach efforts
Assist with coordinating retail events, activations, and in-store promotions
Collaborate with team members to maintain brand consistency and campaign effectiveness
Monitor industry and competitor trends to support positioning and campaign growth
Help track campaign performance and support reporting and administrative tasks
Conduct sales in a retail setting
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred (or currently pursuing)
Previous experience in branding, customer service, retail, marketing, or sales is a plus, but not required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
Comfortable working directly with customers in a face-to-face setting
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic digital tools preferred
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
