UI/UX engineering(Full Time / Contract)

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Engineer who can bridge the gap between design and development, creating intuitive, scalable, and high-performing user experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in user-centered design, front-end technologies, and a deep understanding of usability principles.
Responsibilities Design and develop user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user experience strategies
Translate wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts into high-quality code
Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to improve product experience
Ensure consistency through design systems and reusable UI components
Mentor junior designers/developers and drive UI/UX best practices
Requirements 5+ years in UI/UX engineering, design systems, or front-end architecture
Proven experience of delivering UI portals/webapps with large user base.
Expertise creating and scaling component libraries
Experience with micro-frontends or federated module architectures
Component-driven architecture and documentation (Storybook or similar)
Nice to Have + Prior work with identity frameworks (SSO, OAuth2, SAML)
+ Experience of real time apps using (Websockets/socket.io or similar)
Required Skills React + TypeScript + Tailwind CSS State management (Zustand, Redux Toolkit, or similar) API integration (REST/GraphQL)
