Your Impact in This Role
Production Leadership

Lead daily production activities, ensuring safe and efficient operations

Supervise employees and subcontractors with safety as the top priority

Drive accountability and encourage reporting of unsafe conditions

Ensure compliance with permits and regulatory requirements

Develop and manage annual production work plans

Operational Excellence

Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the site

Apply lean manufacturing and process optimization techniques

Ensure production aligns with budget and operational targets

Partner with teams to solve issues quickly and effectively

Production Planning & Execution

Ensure production targets and schedules are met

Collaborate closely with production schedulers and leadership

Proactively address delays, challenges, or resource gaps

Quality, Efficiency & Cost Control

Balance customer requirements with production efficiency

Maintain high standards in quality, output, and cost management

People Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop your team for long‑term success

Build a strong, collaborative, high‑performing work environment

Conduct performance evaluations and support career growth

Experience & Education
What You Bring to the Table

High School Diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)

3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

Experience with lean manufacturing / process improvement

Knowledge of computerized maintenance systems

Ability to troubleshoot 480VAC / 3‑phase systems

Hands‑on experience with:

Mechanical conveyors, motors, pulleys

Rigging and heavy equipment handling

Additional Strengths

Six Sigma certification (a plus)

Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting ability

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word required)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
