Available Shifts

6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $21.00/hour

9:00 AM – 5:30 PM | $20.00/hour

Monday – Friday

What You'll Do
As a Production Technician, you'll work alongside experienced trainers to learn specialized manufacturing processes involving chemical etching, metal preparation, and production equipment operation. This role plays a critical part in producing precision‑engineered products for high‑tech industries.

Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing equipment following established procedures and quality standards

Learn and understand process chemistry requirements

Conduct in‑process inspections to ensure product quality

Read and verify work orders for accuracy and completeness

Enter production and quality data into the manufacturing system

Safely handle materials and finished products using approved techniques

Assist in cross‑training opportunities and other production tasks as needed

Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE

What We're Looking For

Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred

Experience working with chemicals is a plus

Basic computer skills

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Ability to stand for the duration of the shift

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
