Associate Agent

to join our team in our

Wheaton, Illinois District Office .
This role is designed for someone who wants to learn the insurance business from the ground up. If you are not currently licensed, we will provide access to free licensing coursework and training to help you get started.
Once licensed, you will receive hands-on training in the daily responsibilities of an insurance producer, including quoting, selling, follow-up, client conversations, and lead management. Leads are provided, and you will have support every step of the way as you build confidence and develop your skills.
As you grow in the program, you will also begin learning what it takes to operate and lead a successful Farmers Insurance agency, with a strategic path toward future agency ownership.
