Description

We are currently working with a leading

alternatives specialist investment manager

who are looking to hire an experienced

Senior Institutional Client Service s candidate. This role will be based in the

New

York

office; applicants must therefore have full working rights in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a primary point of contact for all

existing

investors : deal with client

issues ; conduct

client

review

and

diligence

meetings ; oversee

onboarding ; monitor client

engagement

and

feedback.
Support the

IDD

process; assist with

RFPs ;

legal

negotiations; collaborate closely with client investment and operation teams.
Work with

Product

Management

to assist with

proposals

for

strategic

partnership

and

cross-selling

opportunities.
Collaborate with

Product

Specialists

on

strategy

communications and

ODD

content.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum

7 years’

experience in a

client-facing and/or sales-support

role working with

Institutional

clients – preferrably at an alternatives house.
Excellent communicator, able to establish strong relationships with investors and internal stakeholders.
Fluent Spanish speaker .
CFA , CAIA or MBA preferred.
Series 7 and 63 licensed

or ability to obtain.
