What’s Upstate is looking for a dedicated individual to guide and support the team, ensuring exceptional customer service in the Town of Edmeston, NY. You will facilitate daily operations while empowering team members, with a focus on training adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, addressing customer feedback, and overseeing store operations. Candidates should have a patient and adaptable communication style, as well as the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. The position offers an hourly rate starting at $16.50.
