The team is small, well-funded, and growing quickly. Demand from customers is already ahead of current capacity, so this role will play a key part in helping the company scale.This is a strong fit for someone who wants to be early at a startup, stay hands-on in campaign platforms, work closely with customers, and help shape how AI and human operators work together in paid media.The RoleAs a Strategist / Media Buyer, you will be one of the early members of the growth strategy team and will own customer strategy, campaign execution, and performance across B2B paid media accounts.AI will support a meaningful amount of the campaign work, but this is still a highly hands-on role. You will be directly involved in building, launching, testing, and optimizing campaigns while helping the team decide what should be handled by people, what can be handled by AI, and what the AI product should learn to do next.You will work closely with the founder, internal teams, and customers to turn campaign insights into better performance and better systems.What You’ll Do* Lead onboarding for new customers, including ICP definition, audience strategy, funnel planning, creative direction, and testing plans* Set clear success metrics and expectations for each customer account* Build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across LinkedIn and Google* Own day-to-day campaign performance across customer accounts* Partner with design, ad operations, and engineering teams to execute campaign strategy* Write clear creative briefs, campaign briefs, and testing plans* Share campaign insights, customer feedback, friction points, and product ideas with the internal team* Help guide how the AI product should evolve based on real campaign work* Own customer communication through Slack, recurring meetings, and monthly performance reviews* Provide clear recommendations to customers on what is working, what is not, and what should happen next* Build trust through strong execution, transparency, and measurable results### Who You Are* Strong experience running LinkedIn Ads* Comfortable building and optimizing campaigns directly in ad platforms* Experience with Google Ads is strongly preferred* Strong analytical mindset and ability to explain what matters in performance data* Comfortable owning outcomes end to end* Clear communicator who can work with customers, executives, engineers, and internal operators* Fast-moving, execution-focused, and comfortable in ambiguity* Interested in AI, automation, and the future of B2B growth* Excited by an early-stage startup environment where the role will evolve as the company growsWhy This Role Is Compelling* Join a very early-stage, VC-backed startup with strong customer demand* Work directly with the founder and founding team* Be one of the early hires helping build the customer strategy and media function* Stay close to both campaign execution and product development* Help shape how AI is used in real B2B paid media workflows* Have direct influence on customer results, internal process, and product direction* Take on real ownership in a fast-moving environment
