Overview
We are looking for a creative-minded Junior Multimedia Content Creator to join our Global Brand Creative Team. The role focuses on video, including shooting and editing high-quality web and organic social media content. You'll report to the Global Art Director and collaborate with senior designers to produce polished multimedia assets that support marketing, brand, and communication objectives. This hybrid position involves on‑site production and runs on a 6‑month contract at $25–$28 per hour.
Responsibilities
Shoot short‑form and long‑form casual content at home or in the office for organic social media channels.
Plan, shoot, and produce high‑quality video content and product footage from pre‑production (e.g., setup) to post‑production (editing, color correction, audio adjustments) for digital platforms such as web banners, email, and retailer pages.
Edit raw footage into final deliverables suitable for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, or other platforms.
Add motion graphics, animations, text overlays, transitions, or other graphical enhancements when required.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, global regions, and developers to ensure video output aligns with brand standards, project briefs, and messaging objectives.
Work with web developers, marketers, and digital‑content managers to ensure web and email assets meet technical and brand requirements (responsive sizing, web optimization, compatibility).
Produce digital still and motion assets for social media, digital ads, presentations, and other collateral.
Create and design graphics in Canva or Adobe tools for organic social media channels, following brand guidelines for layout, color, typography, composition, and visual identity.
Capture still photography of products to support organic social media, product launches, and brand campaigns.
Translate campaign or content goals into strong visual communications in collaboration with the Social Media Lead and Marketing.
Create final market‑ready files and editable working files for web and digital distribution (ensuring correct formats, sizes/resolutions, export settings).
Review concepts, executions, and edits with the Creative Lead and stakeholders to ensure polished, brand‑consistent deliverables.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, deadlines, and feedback cycles.
Learn from past performance results to inform new ideas and future executions.
Stay updated on social media, design, video, and web trends, and emerging tools and best practices.
