Control Room O&M Technician Lead

Og&e is looking for an O&M Technician Lead or Senior Technician in Oklahoma City to manage the daily operations and maintenance of our Power Generation facility. The ideal candidate will have significant technical skills, be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining critical equipment, and guide junior staff.
This role requires a strong mechanical background, the ability to make independent decisions, and a commitment to safety and efficiency in complex environments. An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
