About the Role
Infinite Learning Institute is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy intern to help transform mental health training recordings into engaging online learning experiences. This role is ideal for someone interested in video production, instructional design, eLearning, digital media, or educational technology.
The intern will work closely with our team to review training recordings, edit content for quality and learner experience, build interactive SCORM-based learning modules, and publish courses on our learning platform.
Responsibilities
Review and watch recorded training sessions, often several hours in length.
Edit training videos for quality, clarity, pacing, and learner engagement.
Remove technical issues, long pauses, breaks, and unnecessary content.
Create interactive eLearning experiences using SCORM-compatible authoring tools.
Add quizzes, knowledge checks, reflection activities, and other learner engagement elements.
Upload and test SCORM packages within our Learning Management System (LMS).
Create and configure course products on the Infinite Learning Institute website.
Assist with course organization, learner experience improvements, and quality assurance testing.
Ensure training materials meet organizational standards and accreditation requirements.
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve online learning experiences.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on lengthy video content.
Interest in video editing, instructional design, eLearning, or online education.
Comfortable learning new technology platforms and software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience with video editing software, LMS platforms, SCORM, Articulate Rise, or instructional design tools is a plus but not required.
