Great way for college students to earn extra income!We’re looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering excellent service and creating a positive experience for every customer. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with a small business. We provide full training!Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers with shipping, packaging, and mailbox servicesProcess U-Haul rental transactions and coordinate vehicle pickups/returnsHandle Live Scan fingerprinting services (training provided)Operate computer systems, POS, and various software platformsKeep the store clean, organized, and customer-readyAssist with inventory and supplies as neededProvide clear, friendly communication in-person, via phone, and emailRequirements:Prior customer service or retail experience (preferred)Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systemsFriendly, outgoing, and professional demeanorAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentMust be available to work weekendsReliable, punctual, and detail-orientedAbility to lift up to 30 lbs occasionallyNice to have:Social MediaMarketing backgroundVideo editing
