Production Technician

Our Wendell, NC location is searching for a Production Technician to join our team. As a production technician you'll be helping out with the plant and processing aspects of the depot. This will be helping maintain the property, equipment, helping clean our fleet of trucks and some mechanical duties. Due to the nature of the job, this is a safety sensitive role.

Schedule: Monday through Friday start time 7am. You'll be working 40+ hours per week with occasional weekend work.

Starting hourly rate: $24- $25.50

Your job duties:

Unload dump trucks

Unload and load tankers

Operate pumps, valves, pipeline, tank

Help maintain property, daily truck PM's and minor repairs

Use of a computer to enter inventory data

Driving trucks throughout the yard

Utilizing lift gate and/or forklifts.

Keep yard organized and maintain plant cleanliness

Wash all trucks, hoses and tanks

Job requirements:

High school diploma or GED Equivalent

1 - 2 years experience in a similar work environment preferred.

The ability to lift, push and pull at least 100 pounds on a repeated basis

Being flexible to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required

Maintain a safety first mindset and stay current on all safety trainings.
