Responsibilities
Safely operate a cryogenic air separation plant to ensure reliable, efficient, and environmentally responsible performance.
Perform and facilitate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant equipment to sustain high operational readiness.
Monitor process performance and adjust conditions to maintain safety, reliability, quality, and efficiency.
Collect, interpret, and document equipment and process trend data while completing preventive and predictive maintenance in the computerized maintenance system.
Read, interpret, and maintain process documentation in compliance with management of change requirements and support cross‑functional groups in resolving process or equipment issues.
Execute lockout and tagout procedures, oversee contractors, fill liquid bulk trailers, and recommend improvements to processes, maintenance strategies, and plant reliability.
Qualifications
Experience operating production processes or systems in an industrial environment with strong mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation proficiency.
Familiarity with control and human‑machine interface software such as Wonderware, Rockwell, and Siemens.
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree from a technical school preferred; ability to read and revise engineering drawings including piping and instrumentation diagrams and schematic wiring diagrams.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly while safely operating forklifts, cranes, aerial work platforms, and working at height using ladders, scaffolding, and elevated equipment.
Strong computer skills using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; support continuous improvement through proactive problem‑solving.
Demonstrated commitment to high safety standards, adherence to procedures, and contribution to a culture of inclusion, learning, and operational excellence.
Physical capability to meet requirements including confined space entry, climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, working at heights.
Availability to work extended hours when business needs arise.
Flexibility to support weekend, holiday, and call‑in coverage.
