Social Media Specialist

Alpha Building Center | Shipshewana, IN

We’re looking for an energetic and creative Social Media Specialist to capture and share the brand’s story across multiple platforms. This role goes beyond the desk, enabling you to capture real moments, create engaging content, collaborate with staff and customers, and showcase what makes Alpha Building Center unique.

Responsibilities

Capture photos and videos at locations, events, and behind‑the‑scenes moments.

Create engaging reels, shorts, TikToks, and social‑first content.

Work with staff and customers to tell authentic stories.

Create, manage, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

Use Meta Business Suite to keep content organized and performing.

Monitor trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to keep content fresh.

Leverage emerging tools to accelerate ideation and streamline workflows.

Design marketing materials with Adobe Creative Suite under direction of Marketing Manager.

Maintain consistent branding across digital and print platforms.

Collaborate with departments across all Alpha Building Center locations.

Skills & Experience
Required Experience

Hands‑on experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

Content creation and social media best practices.

Strong writing, editing, communication, and collaboration skills.

Proficiency with CapCut and TikTok Editor.

Experience using Meta Business Suite.

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Creating both graphic and video content.

Bonus Points

Canva experience.

Google Ads.

WordPress.

Avada Website Builder.
