As the Executive Producer overseeing B2B events

you will ensure all aspects of a program are successfully delivered to the client while managing its fiscal health. You will lead teams, foster career growth, and execute a wide range of complex, multi‑faceted programs. You have extensive experience working across multiple types of offerings and client industries and are recognized as a team leader, working across departments seamlessly.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure all programs are adequately staffed
  • Provide a supportive environment where team members have a voice and a champion
  • Own fiscal health across all programs and accounts
  • Maintain a high‑level understanding of all projects
  • Demonstrate flexibility to execute a program as needed

With our clients:

  • Participate in the development of integrated solutions that leverage agency offerings and are mutually beneficial for the client and the agency
  • Guide the development, writing and presentation of incremental program proposals, scopes of work, schedules, and staffing plans, ensuring client SOW template and invoicing details are followed
  • Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring all client needs are heard, understood, and addressed timely
  • Ensure consistency between programs and processes and communicate clearly to the client regarding roles, responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules and program status/action items

With our teams:

  • Work with the core leadership team to manage the program process from creative through execution using Jack Morton processes and tools
  • Ensure regular team meetings and manage communications between team members, meeting all deadlines
  • Coach and oversee junior team members on execution of all individual job details
  • Provide learning opportunities for team members – both internal and freelance
  • Partner with Resource Manager for seamless team integration
  • Participate in Creative Brief process
  • Continuously look for innovative solutions and production methods
  • Maintain integrity of the creative treatment in all deliverables

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets up to $5 million
  • Actively participate in finance meetings and communications, including forecasting meetings
  • Oversee all projects and manage third‑party costs
  • Develop and manage vendor and freelance talent relationships
  • Review all program reconciliation and program costs against budget

Qualifications:

  • 10‑15 years of event / experiential production experience
  • Ability to travel, including internationally
  • Strong program management, organizational and communication skills
  • Strong project team management skills
  • Demonstrated production competencies: client focus, accountability for results, team effectiveness, developing others, attention to detail, flexibility, and professional confidence
  • Savvy in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and/or Procima Plus
