The Marketing Campaign Coordinator is responsible for coordinating lead generation campaign execution and project management to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Marketing Department. Serves as the primary coordinator of integrated marketing campaigns for Presbyterian Senior Living's network of senior living communities, with primary focus on Independent Living and care services along with cross-departmental support for HR recruitment and team member experience communications. Works to enhance efficiency and results through effective coordination across the internal marketing team, including creative, digital, and social/content, and select external agency and media partners. Leads the scheduling, placement, and coordination of traditional, digital, print, and direct mail advertising with considerations for campaign alignment, budgeting, and creative deliverables. Assists in shaping campaign messaging and adapting copy across channels and formats to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Supports the Marketing Department by monitoring, compiling, and analyzing marketing performance details of campaigns and synthesizing information through reports and summaries.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising or related field with 4 or more years of corporate in-house or agency integrated marketing experience. Senior living or healthcare marketing experience preferred.
Experience in project management platforms (Monday.com preferred) with demonstrated ability to manage timelines, multiple deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
Campaign platform awareness including HubSpot for tracking traffic and conversions, and familiarity with CR systems and lead handoff workflows between marketing and sales
Experience coordinating traditional, digital, print, and direct mail advertising including production timelines, print specs, and mailing coordination
Strong written communication skills with the ability to shape and adapt copy and messaging across channels and formats
Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency, ability to manipulate files, work on concepts, and support campaign adaptation across formats
MS Office/Teams proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Job Accountabilities:
Coordinates integrated marketing campaigns across PSL's network of senior living communities with primary focus on the Independent Living and other service lines
Assists in shaping lead nurturing sequences to move prospects through the sales funnel
Applies campaign execution skills to HR recruitment contexts including organic social content sequencing and paid social post promotion
Assists in shaping and adapting campaign messaging and copy across channels and formats
Monitors lead flow from campaign sources through HubSpot to Aline CRM as a key indicator of campaign performance and quality
Coordinates planned integrated marketing campaign deliverables and projects across PSL's network of senior living communities
Manages project timelines, resources, and external agency and media partner coordination to ensure lead generation goals are met
Coordinates workflow across internal marketing team including creative, digital, and social/content. Manages HR recruitment content requests through project management platform alongside campaign deliverables, including intake, timeline, and approval routing Maintains project documentation and stakeholder communication
Schedules and coordinates advertising placements across traditional, digital, print, and direct mail channels, managing specs, production timelines, and deadlines in alignment with integrated campaign schedules
Maintains cost tracking and invoice processing. Works with internal and external partners to ensure all channel deliverables land on time and in sequence to support multi-channel campaign cadence. Manages direct communication with publications and media outlets for placements outside of agency coordination
Tracks integrated campaign performance against KPIs and lead generation goals in collaboration with the digital marketing manager
Monitors lead flow from campaign sources through HubSpot to Aline CRM as a key performance indicator. Analyzes data to identify optimization opportunities. Reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and conversion metrics with actionable recommendations
