Driving net-new logo acquisition and revenue growth, the full-time Small Business Account Executive will manage a pipeline primarily generated through self-sourced outbound prospecting and close new business within the 1-50 employee segment remotely.
Key responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle across approximately 450 accounts, focusing on self-generated outbound leads
Conduct multiple sales meetings daily, leading high-quality discovery sessions and tailored demos with a typical 30-day sales cycle
Consistently achieve or exceed net-new revenue quotas
Required qualifications
At least 1 year of recent experience in full-cycle net-new logo acquisition, with a focus on outbound sales
Proven success in managing an outbound sales pipeline
A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong consultative selling and closing abilities
Demonstrated resilience, coachability, and personal accountability
