Productivity Studio MW Technical Lead – Responsibilities
- Technical Architecture & Solution Leadership
- Lead architecture and design of Copilot, Power Platform, Azure, and AI-driven solutions
- Define scalable, secure, and compliant architectures aligned with enterprise governance
- Evaluate and recommend best-fit technologies for prioritized use cases
- Drive POCs, solution ideation, and architecture evolution to accelerate delivery
- Productivity Studio Delivery Leadership
- Own and manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle for Productivity Studio initiatives
- Define and execute delivery plans, including risk, issue, and dependency management
- Partner with Delivery Lead (you) to ensure alignment across timeline, scope, and financials
- Ensure adherence to Agile delivery practices and SDLC standards
- AI & Agentic Solution Enablement
- Contribute to the evolution of agent-first delivery models and frameworks as part of Productivity Studio’s frontier capabilities

- Translate business requirements into high-value use cases and measurable outcomes

Modern Workplace Power Platform & Copilot Consultant – Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered copilots and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, orchestration, generative responses, and actions
- Develop and extend solutions across the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse; Power BI exposure desirable)
- Lead client workshops (discovery, envisioning, and enablement) to identify automation and AI use cases
- Be responsible for architecting and designing Power Platform tenants/environments, liaising with IT, Security, and other technical groups to ensure all integration needs are met and fully implemented
- Analyze and lead discussions around architectural options, ensuring all options are considered for optimal deployment
- Integrate copilots with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and external systems using connectors and APIs
- Apply governance, security, and ALM best practices, including DLP policies and environment strategies
- Produce solution designs, technical documentation, and handover materials for clients
- Work with internal and external technical resources to enable the most effective DevOps processes
- Collaborate with architects, data, and AI specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Communicate with Microsoft Product Engineering on product related issues, suggesting improvements and participating with other users in the Power Platform community
Senior Analyst, Organisational Change Management – Responsibilities
- Application of formal change methodology, models, and framework to pragmatically help our clients with their technology driven transformation
- Working within a cross functional team to design and develop change management deliverables and activities
- Measurement of short- and long-term readiness and adoption
- Quantitative and qualitative analyses on impacts and risks to produce data‑driven change outputs and deliver pragmatic change
- Identification and alignment of relevant stakeholders internally and client facing
- Distribution of timely and relevant information through an integrated, attractive, and comprehensive communications approach

- Evaluate and strengthen configurations for Azure security services including Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Key Vault, Entra ID, PIM, Azure Policy, Monitor, and Log Analytics.
- Lead and facilitate security architecture workshops, risk assessments, and governance reviews with client teams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment between security, operations, and business objectives.
- Conduct thorough security risk assessments and ensure mitigation strategies are implemented.
- Drive continuous improvement of security processes and controls based on evolving threat landscapes.
