Consultant qualifications and experience:
Consultant staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
• Eight years of experience developing applications in C#.Net;
• Five years of experience with MVC;
• Eight years of experience with JavaScript/jQuery;
• Eight years of experience with Visual Studio;
• Experience with Azure DevOps;
• Eight years of experience with SQL Server development, including tables, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views;
• Eight years of experience writing, reading, and interpreting technical specifications, test cases, and application requirements;
• Eight years of experience with IT security standards regarding application hardening and data encryption;
• Five years of experience with web accessibility standards;
• Eight years of experience with integrations using JSON and XML data transport;
• Eight years of experience with IIS environment for clients and servers;
• Five years of experience with SSRS;
• Five years of experience with Object Oriented analysis, design, and best practices;
• Five years of experience developing web-based applications;
• Experience with children’s health care systems; and
