Job Title : UAT Tester
Location : Weehawken, NJ. 3 days onsite. 2 remote.
Duration : 6 months + possible extension
Rate Range: $35 - $49/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead end-to-end functional testing and UAT activities for Bill Pay functionality within the Banking/Payments domain. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage and oversee test planning, design, execution, and defect management across releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications
10-15 years of overall experience in QA/testing, preferably not exceeding 15 years.
Strong domain testing combination profile in Banking/Payments.
Proven experience as a Test Lead managing large-scale programs.
Prior experience with Tier-1 investment banks (e.g., JP Morgan, Brokerage) is highly preferred.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end functional testing and UAT activities for Bill Pay functionality within the Banking/Payments domain.
Manage and oversee test planning, test design, execution, and defect management across releases.
Act as the primary coordinator between business stakeholders, product teams, and QA teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Drive UAT cycles, including test case creation, execution oversight, and business sign-off coordination.
Ensure high-quality delivery by enforcing testing best practices, governance, and reporting standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
