Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented

Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist

to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage and grow our product presence across Shopify and major online marketplaces. You’ll handle everything from bulk product uploads to fine-tuning listings for maximum visibility, making sure our customers have a seamless shopping experience.
What You’ll Do

Manage daily operations on Shopify and third-party marketplaces
Set up and optimize product listings, collections, and navigation
Keep product data accurate, updated, and aligned with promotions
Use advanced Excel skills to handle bulk uploads and reporting
Spot and fix friction points in the customer journey to boost sales
Research trends and competitors to keep us ahead of the curve
Support Shopify 2.0 features, templates, and app integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance
Pitch in with customer service when needed
What We’re Looking For

Experience in ecommerce / online marketplaces
Advanced Excel knowledge (must)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Customer-focused, team-oriented, and able to work independently
Product merchandising and marketing experience is a plus
