Sales and Marketing Director – Livermore, CA
Ivy Park at Livermore is a senior living community dedicated to delivering quality care and a vibrant lifestyle. The Sales and Marketing Director will generate and manage leads, guide prospects through the move‑in process, and collaborate with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to achieve occupancy targets.

Responsibilities

Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours.

Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and meet targeted goals.

Plan and execute events that attract prospects to the community.

Build relationships with community organizations and professional groups to create collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

3+ years of marketing experience or outside‑sales background.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organization and follow‑up with prospects.

Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests.
