ROLE OVERVIEW
The Styling Wardrobe Coordinator is responsible for managing all wardrobe operations supporting the Styling and Editorial teams. This role ensures samples, stylist kits, and closet inventory are organized, tracked, and ready for use across eCommerce and editorial shoots. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced fashion-forward environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Order items for stylist kits

Order new/replacement filler

Ensure closet items are scannable

Ensure items are rotated out of closet after 2 weeks

Present new styling pieces in daily styling meeting

Compile new season basic lists for approval

Compile trends pieces for approval

Assist in training new team members on Netsuite, ADP, scanner program

Supervise editorial packing/unpacking

Handle sample returns

Create and maintain editorial credits spreadsheet

Communicate with buying and stylist teams to identify items to order

Order items from DC/Library; coordinate with DC to expedite packages if necessary; order all in junior and curve

Use Creative Team directions (mood boards, locations, models, concept) to pull samples

Unpack/organize all samples; bobble according to shot type (shot, buyer sample, library, DC)

Scan samples into Netsuite and editorial for location and inventory tracking

Create inventory sheet and wire‑frame coverage

Prepare shot list with SKU, photo of outfit, model, location, photo notes, styling notes

Pack all outfits on racks by model

Pack shoes/accessories, styling kits, and other items into suitcases and U‑Haul

EDITORIAL

Unpack, set up styling area, and steam all items

Ensure items stay with the correct hangers for credits and return

Repack items to bring back to the studio

POST EDITORIAL

Unpack/clean up editorial/collection

Finalize editorial and collection selling shot sheets

Coordinate with Creative Team, Retouching, Content, and Site Merchandising to ensure items are accounted for and linked on the website

Return all samples to the correct department (DC, Library, Buyers, Josh) to ensure they are shot on e‑comm as well

Return accessories/shoes to closet

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

1–3 years of experience as a styling assistant in editorial & e‑commerce fashion shoots

Good eye for technical styling (cuts, proportions, shapes)

Strong knowledge of trends and hot items

Motivation to work in an energetic environment and re-prioritize as needed

Knowledge and interest in the global fashion landscape, including photography and design trends

Up‑to-date on industry trends

Strong self‑motivator, able to accomplish multiple tasks and support junior members

Fluency in English an advantage

Schedule: Monday – Friday, core business hours, onsite
