Job Overview
Resource teachers (full‑time or part‑time) are needed for the closing shift (3:00 pm–6:00 pm) in Edina, Edina. The role involves providing learning support to children in a safe, nurturing environment and assisting with day‑to‑day classroom operations.

Responsibilities
Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
Support each child’s social and emotional development
Establish positive and effective family relations
Collaborate with classroom teachers and faculty members
Float between classrooms and help manage ratios
Communicate with families
Assist with administrative duties of a childcare center
Help with closing procedures

Qualifications
Shows empathy and compassion for young children
Is dependable, adaptable, and enjoys working toward a common goal
Is familiar with childcare center licensing requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and properly lift infants into and out of a crib and changing table
