What You'll Do

Support the agency's sales and marketing initiatives
Manage sales reports and performance tracking
Coordinate sales contests and incentive programs
Monitor marketing campaigns and measure results
Assist with customer outreach and lead management
Help organize community marketing events and promotions
Maintain accurate records and reporting dashboards
Work closely with the sales team to improve efficiency and productivity
Assist with administrative and operational projects as needed
Help create a positive customer experience while supporting agency growth
What We're Looking For

Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to analyze reports and identify trends
Positive, team-first attitude
Marketing, business, communications, or sales support experience preferred
Insurance industry experience is a plus but not required
