Responsibilities
Serve as a central point of coordination for programs, initiatives, and member-facing activities
Plan, schedule, and execute programs including events, webinars, committee meetings, and educational offerings
Collaborate with internal teams and volunteer leaders to ensure successful program delivery and alignment with organizational goals
Manage program timelines, materials, communications, and logistics from planning through completion
Maintain strong relationships with members, sponsors, speakers, and external partners
Track program participation, engagement, and feedback; prepare reports and recommend improvements
Support marketing efforts by coordinating program-related content, email communications, and website updates
Assist with budget tracking, vendor coordination, and invoice processing for programs and events
Provide administrative support for committees, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking notes
Ensure a high level of member satisfaction by responding to inquiries and providing timely, professional communication
Identify opportunities to enhance programming and increase member engagement
Requirements
2+ years of experience in program coordination, association management, event planning, or related field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to execute tasks accurately
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or association management systems is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and volunteer leadership
Experience coordinating virtual and/or in-person events preferred
Strong customer service mindset with a focus on member experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
