A well‑established law firm in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support marketing, branding, client engagement, attorney visibility, and strategic growth initiatives. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a creative, organized, and business‑minded professional who enjoys working in a professional services environment and partnering closely with firm leadership, attorneys, and key stakeholders.

The Business Development Manager will help strengthen the firm’s market presence, improve client communications, support targeted campaigns, and coordinate initiatives that drive client development and firm growth. This role offers a collaborative team environment, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to manage meaningful projects that have a direct impact on visibility, reputation, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the firm’s website, SEO efforts, social media channels, digital marketing campaigns, and overall online brand presence.

Create, coordinate, and publish marketing content, including newsletters, blogs, attorney biographies, client communications, and thought leadership materials.

Plan and execute business development events, sponsorships, client programs, networking opportunities, and attorney visibility initiatives.

Develop marketing materials, presentations, proposals, RFP responses, pitch documents, and client‑facing collateral.

Manage CRM data, marketing analytics, campaign reporting, vendor relationships, marketing budgets, and performance tracking.

Coordinate attorney awards, rankings, recognition submissions, public relations efforts, media outreach, and reputation management initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

Direct hire opportunity.

Full‑time position.

Salary range: $75,000 to $95,000 per year.

Location: Orlando, FL.

For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer: major medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and statutory sick pay where required.
