PROMAN Staffing is currently hiring a Production Floor Technician for a well-established manufacturer of plastic lighting enclosures used in commercial applications. This is a hands-on manufacturing role ideal for individuals who enjoy working with machinery, quality inspection, and production processes in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Duties

Operate injection molding, injection blow molding, extrusion blow molding, and sonic welding equipment
Set up and safely operate production tools and machinery
Perform trimming, routing, drilling, and finishing of molded plastic products
Conduct quality inspections using rulers, tape measures, and calipers in both standard and metric measurements
Monitor product quality and identify defects
Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all safety and production procedures
What We're Looking For:

Manufacturing or production experience preferred
Ability to read and use measuring tools including calipers, rulers, and tape measures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
Ability to safely lift up to 45 pounds
Good communication and teamwork skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Positive attitude and dependable attendance
Work Environment:

Manufacturing facility with plastic molding equipment
Warm work environment due to heat generated by production processes
Fast-paced production setting requiring attention to detail and safety
Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work the full 3rd shift schedule
Reliable transportation and attendance
Ability to pass all pre-employment screening requirements
