Commercial Manager

My client is a fast growing, scaling international contract driven recruitment business with offices in both the UK and US.

Looking for a Group Commercial Manager

Reports into CFO.

This person will be based in Miami Office

Level Senior - Progression to Director

Contract Negotiation & Compliance:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms of business, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and contract/perm/SOW placement contracts with clients.

Pricing & Margin Strategy:

Supporting / help setting charge rates, margins, and rebate structures to ensure profitability. Rate Calculators etc

Financial & P&L Oversight:

Tracking revenue/Margin, managing commercial risks, and reporting on financial performance and debt issues at senior clients. Handles all high level finance escalations from a contracts point of view

Subsidaries –

Responsible for all overseas subsidiaries contracts and compliance set ups

Overseeing one US based finance administrator and dotted line management of LATAM contracts manager (remote)
