Job Overview The ancillary sales team operates onsite at live events, communicating additional venue amenities, such as the Comfort Lounge, Rockstar Parking, seat upgrades, ticket specials, and lawn chair rentals, to guests. The role involves coordination with the Ancillary Manager and Box Office Manager to determine available offers for each show and effectively convey them to attendees.
Responsibilities Greet guests and respond to their questions about the venue and available ancillary services.
Communicate daily specials on Premier and Rockstar parking, ticket specials, and seat upgrades.
Sell, distribute, collect, and manage lawn chairs throughout the venue.
Assist the Ancillary Manager with setting up and dismantling signs, tables, and tents as required.
Participate in post‑show clean‑up, including collecting and sorting trash, recycling, and compostable materials.
Inventory merchandise and maintain accurate inventory records during the event.
Operate electronic sales systems and process transactions efficiently.
Remain actively engaged in all ancillary areas during event operation.
Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum age 18; must pass a pre‑employment background check.
Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally sit outdoors in all weather conditions, lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds.
Highly motivated with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent judgment, tact, and diplomacy in guest interactions.
Flexible schedule: weekdays, weekends, holidays, and late evenings.
Capable of working independently while contributing to a team environment.
