Visual Design Professionals apply visual and brand design expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated visual storytelling, brand assets, and professional communication. You will contribute to a year-round AI evaluation program, with project opportunities that vary by design specialization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop domain-specific prompts and design inputs for Large Language Models and related visual generation systems.
- Evaluate AI responses for clarity, visual storytelling quality, brand alignment, and professional communication.
- Provide detailed feedback and examples to help refine model outputs and creative workflows.
- Research topics of interest, using AI tools to explore approaches and surface examples for projects.
- Learn new skills while contributing to cross-disciplinary AI work and design evaluation efforts.
- Bachelor''s degree required.
- At least 2+ years of professional design experience.
- Prior full-time work experience in one or more of the following roles: brand designer, product designer, digital designer, visual designer, creative director, or art director.
- Design portfolio required, demonstrating visual, brand, or product work.
- Comfort working independently and asynchronously within a distributed team and alongside AI research partners.
- Confidence that your creative insight can exceed current AI outputs in visualizing and explaining business concepts.
- Location: Remote, asynchronous work, perform tasks independently from any location.
- Employment type: PART_TIME.
- Flexible hours, with no minimum commitment to hours.
- Placement into a project will be dependent on project availability.
- Up to $120/hr (depending on the project).
