Pay

$25 - $27 per hour (pay based on experience and credentials)

Schedule

Full‑time, primarily Monday‑Friday business hours with occasional evening and weekend Manager on Duty responsibilities.

Position Purpose

Act as a goodwill ambassador for Grand Pines Assisted Living.

Continuously market and promote the facility to community referral sources and the broader public to achieve and maintain full occupancy.

Qualifications

Strong social and interpersonal skills.

Ability and desire to professionally represent the home at community events, senior/health fairs, expos, and other networking opportunities.

Word‑processing and clerical skills, pleasant telephone manner, and experience in residential services for seniors, leasing, sales, or marketing preferred.

Positive and respectful attitude toward caring for the elderly, with the maturity to handle job demands and stresses professionally and confidentially.

Must be able to read, write, and follow directions.

Legal driver’s license and ability to drive to marketing events.

Effective verbal and written communication in English.

Must pass the mandatory criminal background screening.

Physical and Mental Requirements

Able to stand, sit, bend, stoop, turn, twist, squat, kneel, push, pull, reach, and stretch for extended periods.

Able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Must work on–site or at marketing events (not a remote position).

Licensed driver required to travel to appointments as needed.
