The team’s mission is to accelerate sustainable revenue growth by improving advertiser performance, expanding demand, and scaling Snap’s monetization capabilities globally.We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Revenue Product team at Snap Inc!What you'll do:Lead the vision, strategy, development and launch of our ad formatsIdentify and prioritize new ways to drive intentful interactions with ads on SnapchatIdeate net new advertising Snapchatter experiences which delight advertisers and SnapchattersIntegrate quantitative and qualitative information into product requirementsDefine and analyze metrics that inform product strategy and prioritizationCollaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, and user researchers to understand patterns and trends and identify new opportunities for growthWork with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Product Marketing, etc. to build, test, and ship productsKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Ability to define vision, strategy, and roadmap to develop advertising or consumer facing products for mobileAbility to initiate and drive projects from concept to completion with minimal guidanceAbility to run and analyze UI centric A/B testsKnowledge of product-oriented quantitative analysis, including statistical analysisAbility to create innovative products that improve the way people live and communicateMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of practical experience4+ years of experience building and shipping products at a technology company; or a Masters and 3+ years of relevant experiencePreferred QualificationsBachelor’s or graduate degree in a technical field (e.g. computer science, engineering) or statistics related fieldHands on experience across the entire product lifecycle including: defining product needs, prioritization, pre/post-launch executionExperience working with design teams on developing advertising formatsUnderstanding of machine learning or computer vision to analyze and enhance video-based contentIf you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some information."Default Together" Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):The base salary range for this position is $173,000-$259,000 annually.Zone B:The base salary range for this position is $164,000-$246,000 annually.Zone C:The base salary range for this position is $147,000-$220,000 annually.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
