Choir Director

Our client, a private high school in Wisconsin, is seeking a part-time Choir Teacher for the 2026–27 school year. This role involves teaching high school choir courses and supporting student growth in musicianship, vocal technique, and performance skills within a collaborative Fine Arts department.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with adolescents, values creativity and inclusion, and is committed to fostering students’ musical confidence and artistic expression. This educator will incorporate a wide range of musical styles and repertoire that reflect a diverse student body and promote an engaging learning experience.
Responsibilities Create a positive, engaging classroom environment that supports musical and artistic growth
Prepare students for concerts and performances throughout the school year
Collaborate with Fine Arts colleagues on curriculum and performances
Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues
Support the school’s mission and core values
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
Wisconsin DPI teaching license preferred (non-licensed candidates may be considered)
Demonstrated proficiency in vocal music instruction and strong communication skills
Experience working with high school-aged students preferred
