We create an environment where you can think big, have fun and truly make a difference.Position Summary:The Director, Business Development has the responsibility to support Oxford's overall business and discipline/skill objectives. This individual should position Oxford as the preeminent source of technical contract labor in the country. The Director, Business Development is responsible for the overall success of their business development teams. This position should create a positive working relationship, promote consistency and coordinate logistics between sites within their discipline.Responsibilities:Work closely with all team members to maintain and improve the quality and size of databases within their disciplineDirect the overall sales strategy within the disciplineReview approval techniques and models for quality and quantity managers adds and listingsAssign account management and continuously review strategies on all strategic accountsPrioritize overall account and client management to maximize salesResolve any disputes within the assigned teamsUse tools such as mathematical validation models, the corporate auditing team, database reports and client record spot checks to insure database qualityAdjust database targets to accommodate market conditionsStay informed on market trends and keep up on hot skills within the disciplineEnsure the proper focus and content in all training meetings and prepare training materialsDirect the development of staff's skills and knowledge within their assigned disciplineOutline all performance management expectationsEncourage the consistent use of SuccessFactors to communicate Objectives, Activities and AchievementsLead the annual performance review processOther duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business required6+ years in staffing industry and 4+ years of management experience; or, combination of education and experiencePrevious experience managing employeesStrong ability to interface with all levels of the organizationExcellent verbal and written communications skills is a mustCreative, outgoing, energetic person with a demonstrable track record of exceeding goalsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentSolid analytical and problem-solving skillsProven knowledge of MS Office products, COMPASS, and other software/ATS toolsAbility to maintain regular attendance and work all hours necessary or requiredSupervision Exercised: Account Manager, Sr. Business Development Manager, Business Development ExecutiveSupervision Received: Vice President, Sr. DirectorFor US job seekers: Salary Information: $80,000.00-$130,000.00 AnnualPlease contact careers@oxfordcorp.com if you are interested in this position.
