Clients hire us to create integrated digital marketing strategies that generate leads or sales. Half our clients are B2B and half are B2C. We have offices in Orange County, CA, San Diego, CA, and Atlanta, GA.

Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate and tenacious marketer to join our growing team as a Social Media Content Creator. Are you a confident self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you love systems and processes and possess the ability to work independently? Can you juggle multiple priorities and not miss any details?

The strategic architect and executor of comprehensive social media strategies.

Able to meet internal and client deadlines without fail.

Qualifications

Marketing, graphic design or journalism degree, or equivalent work experience.

Strong visual aesthetic and comfort with Photoshop, Illustrator and major social media channels.

At least two years of experience, preferably within an agency.

Benefits
Hybrid schedule – 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. 9/80 work schedule giving every other Friday off. Full-time in‑office position (can be located in any KWSM office – CA, GA). Pay range: $50,000 - $60,000.

This is a full-time, in-office position.
